TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE NORFOLK COFFEE COMPANY
Our online shop is a service operated by The Norfolk Coffee Company. Online payments are made through our internet payment partner, Worldpay.
Our coffee is of excellent quality and hand roasted in our north Norfolk Roastery.
Our 250g and 1kg bags of whole beans are hand packed in heat sealed environmentally friendly bags. We can grind coffee to your requirements upon request. We recommend that our coffee is best enjoyed within four months of purchase, within six weeks of opening.
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. This timeframe may be extended slightly at peak times such as Christmas.
All orders are sent out by RM 48, a 2 to 3 day Royal Mail service. This service is tracked but no signature is required. Please leave instructions as to where you would like your parcel left if you thunk you may not be at home to take delivery.

Where goods are unavailable or out of stock Norfolk Coffee Co. will advise customers through the online shop, by email or by phone depending upon the information provided with an order.
Our last posting day before Christmas 2020 is Tuesday 22nd December but we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas Day.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If we have made a mistake, please let us know straight away. We will do our absolute best to put things right. However, if you would like to return any goods due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

The Norfolk Coffee Co. is committed to protecting your privacy. We promise not to share any information we collect with any third party.
However, we do need to gather certain pieces of information to fulfil our service and to make your shopping experience as simple as possible.
Here is how it works:
When you place an order we need some basic information, your name, email address, telephone number, full delivery address and billing address. We store this information securely so that it makes your online shopping experience quick and simple. It also lets us contact you should there be a problem.
At our checkout, we ask for your credit or debit card number, start and expiry date, issue number (if applicable) and security code. This information is asked for each time you place an order. We do not retain this information in accordance with current data protection legislation.
Protecting our customers’ financial information
When you place an order with us with your credit or debit card, it is done using a secure connection to our payment provider, Paypal. We do not take or hold your card details ourselves. If you prefer not to give your card details online, please call us on 01263 710020 to place your order over the phone.
Please do not email an order containing any card information.
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our site requires these so you can store items in your shopping basket. Our site is designed to enable you to store items in your shopping basket for another occasion even if you do not wish to purchase them at that time. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information.
You can disable cookies if you wish by using the options in your internet browser. This will however, prevent you from using our online ordering service.
