Created from our love for coffee beans – the CM1116 premium coffee grinder is the perfect complement to the Batessa and Estessa. Thanks to the disc grinder, touch display with timer, precise dosing and minimal dead space, it delivers an excellent grinding result and the finest results for a harmonious coffee experience!
High-performance disc grinder
The high-quality disc grinder made of hardened steel with a diameter of 50 mm ensures perfect grinding results with a high grinding capacity (1-1.5g/sec.) for every type of preparation. The integrated “ACE system” prevents clumping and static charging of the coffee grounds.
“Hands-free” grinding process
When preparing espresso, the portafilter of the espresso machine can simply be hooked into the portafilter holder and does not have to be guided by hand during the grinding process.
Stepless grind setting
For the most precise adjustments to the coffee bean and preparation method, the grind setting is stemless. This allows extremely precise adjustment of the wheel on the top of the appliance.
Consistent grinding results
The variable timer of this on-demand coffee grinder ensures repeatability in every grinding process. If required, this can be switched on at any time and, thanks to the minimal dead space, delivers fresh, precise and reproducible grinding results at all times. Of course, the grinding process can also be started manually for individual quantities when the timer is switched off.
High quality housing
The metal housing of the GRAEF CM1012 is coated in noble matte black and gives the coffee grinder a timeless, calm look. In addition, the solid product weight of more than 5kg underlines the high value of this grinder and makes it the perfect partner for any portafilter machine.
Clever portafilter holder
The removable stainless steel portafilter holder is height-adjustable and can thus be adapted to the respective size of the portafilter. If required, the included support pad can be attached to prevent slipping and protect the material.
Exceptionally quiet in operation
Thanks to the high-quality motor technology in combination with the disc grinder, the GRAEF coffee grinder CM1012 operates comparatively quietly. Noise level: ≤ 60 dB (measuring distance: 1 m)
