Our exciting new espresso blend consists of two exceptional coffees from Brazil and El Salvador. Airton Lemes on his farm, Fazenda Nacional, near the town of Cristalina in south east Brazil and Jose Fernando Aguilar on Finca Las Mercedes on the north eastern slope of the San Salvador Volcano, both have reputations for consistently producing exceptionally great coffee.

- 19g in
- 40g out
- in 30 – 35 seconds
- 60g per litre
- Steep for 4 minutes
- Stir and scoop off the crust
- Wait a further minute for grounds to settle
- Either pour slowly without plunging using the lid as a filter or
- Gently push the plunger the bottom and pour slowly.
