This grade 1 fully washed microlot coffee is from the Aricha wetmill in Yirgacheffe. The mill, managed by Cherab na Betesebu, processes cherries from around 650 local smallholder farmers who cultivate at elevations up to 2,100 masl.   We have lightly roasted the Ethiopian Heirloom beans to highlight the natural juicy and fruity notes.
A really juicy, fruity coffee with a pleasing acidity and notes of milk chocolate, blackberry and apple.
