Our new Ethiopian coffee is a real humdinger. Pear, lemon, berries and strawberry milkshake are some of the flavours we got during tasting. We love it! This exceptional natural coffee was grown by smallholder farmers living around the town of Konga in Yirgacheffe. The washing station (Konga Wote) is jointly owned by Mr. Beyene Eshete and Primrose S.P. Primrose are responsible for the dry milling and exporting of the coffee. What do you think of our new labels? We have made the labels bigger so we can give more information about our coffee and they are clearer and easier to read. Thanks to Steve at Beyond the Click for helping us design them. These labels will be on all of our new coffees.
Wow! What a week. We have just installed a new espresso machine, coffee grinder and water filter at Ed Sheeran's new bar, Bertie Blossoms, in Portobello Road, London. The man himself wasn't there at the time but hopefully he will be able to make some delicious coffee with his new machine. We installed a Nuova Simonelli Appia, Victoria Arduino MDJ On Demand grinder and a Bestmax Premium water filter. Best of luck to the
Our latest 1549 Blend is now available. The new blend consists of 50% Rio Verde, Brazil, 25% Santa Barbara Estate, Colombia and 25% 'Don Alfonso' Caturra Peaberry, Costa Rica. We are getting notes of milk chocolate and toffee followed by strawberry and raisin in the cup. 1549 Blend is so called after the year in which the 'common people' of Norfolk rebelled against the wealthy landowners. They were led by Robert Kett. This is
Our most recent arrival is a delicious coffee from Santa Barbara Estates in Colombia. Sr. Pedro Echavarria established a small farm, Finca San Pascual in the high Andes of Antioquia in the 1980s. He was attracted by the diverse microclimates, volcanic soils, perfect altitude and a tradition of coffee excellence in coffee production in the area. Sr. Echavarria quickly built up the farms reputation for producing great coffee and consequently the area

We thought we would give a little nod to one of our newest customers, the fabulous Socius in the popular north Norfolk village of Burnham Market. Socius is located in a lovely, light and spacious building in Foundry Place, just off North Street. We are delighted to supply Socius with our Holkham Bay espresso blend to serve in their restaurant. Norfolk Coffee Company owner, Steve Perrett, said "It is a real pleasure to
We are pleased to be new the sponsor of the brand new Breakfast Show on Future Radio, the community station for Norwich. Future is an important part of the Norwich and Norfolk Community and we are very happy to help support them. A coffee roaster and a breakfast show are a good combination don't you think? Natural partners you could say. The station is part of Future Projects and was one of the first community
'Don Alfonso' Caturra Peaberry is now available. We get notes of chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut in the cup and love it in a V60, Coffee Gator or a cafetière. Equally as good in an Aeropress. This special 'Don Alfonso' coffee represents the very best of the harvest from the famous Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica, which sits high on the fertile slopes of Turrialba volcano.
We are pleased to say that we have a few bags of White Nile washed organic beans in the roastery and these will be available soon. This was one of our most popular coffee last year so when some became available from this year's harvest we couldn't wait for them to arrive. Our first cupping gave us hazelnut and grapefruit notes. We will be doing a cupping of two different roasts tomorrow (4th
